1. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

php889 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud or collusion; underage gambling; use of unauthorized software or bots; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; failure to complete identity verification; or any activity that compromises the integrity of our Services.

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be voided, and any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play) will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and charges, unless the termination results from fraudulent activity, in which case all funds are subject to forfeiture.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
